I'm Lorraine Delannoy, founder of an independent advisory firm.

I lead a firm specialized in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and external growth. My approach is based on tailor-made engagements, focused on confidentiality, precision, and long-term impact.

My role is to advise executives, shareholders, investors, and buyers on successful strategic transactions involving growth, sale, acquisition, or financial strategy.

  • External Growth / Targeted Acquisitions: Identifying and acquiring strategic targets to support growth.

  • Fundraising: Structuring and raising funds through equity or debt from private and institutional investors.

  • Search for Buyers: Assisting buyers in their search for opportunities.

  • Structuring and Negotiating Transactions: Structuring and negotiating M&A deals and complex transactions.

My Approach

My method is based on a structured and human approach. Each assignment begins with a thorough analysis, followed by a clear strategy for each transaction. I then fully commit to operational and strategic support, with regular follow-ups until the deal is finalized.

I only take on a limited number of cases per year to ensure personalized attention and complete commitment to my clients.

  • Support for a family-owned SME in its sale/transfer project: Structuring the transaction and negotiating the terms.

  • Raising €3M for a scale-up in the energy renovation sector: Assisting with preparing the dossier, identifying investors, and negotiating the terms.
