— BUT WHERE DOES THIS NAME COME FROM? —

I am often asked the question. Casteldoza is the Occitan name for Château d'Auze located in the village of Sénezergues, in Cantal.

This is where we spent all our summers with my brother and our little cousins when we were little. My grandfather went to Auvergne during the war and he fell in love with my grandmother and the region.

There we learned about traditions, respect for our elders, love of nature, village festivals, silence, simple things, good food, the importance of family and family reunions, joy, boredom. Values that I still keep to this day.

This led me to want to work on ethically responsible projects that create value for society in general, which is important for me.
